Customer Service Process 

Graduate FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCE BOTH (No MBA ,Btech, BSC It ,CA ,BCA,CS,BE,Btech )

24*7 Rotational shifts 

Salary 14-20k net (including shift bonus)

5 days working any 2 off

responsibilities:

>Work on the various front offices client tools and ans queries

Critical skills required :

>Excellent communication skills.

>Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand the problem statement

> Neutral Accent & excellent Voice Skills 

>Strong customer service Prioritizing customer needs 

IATA certification or Experience in airline ticketing would be an added advantage.

All docs mandate including releiving letter
