3. Performance tuning in application connection pool, application server

4. Basic Unix command and shell programming

5. Thread dump, heap dump analyzing knowledge, tool used in thread dump

and heap dump

6. Production issue troubleshooting

7. Connection pool, application server configuration, JVM parameter configuration

8. Good to have back base/flex cube technology hands on

9. Technical Lead, Developer background

Other requirements:

 Experience in interfacing with the customers.

 Ability to analyze and articulately summarize performance testing reports for

the different stake holders.

 Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex

technical issues encountered during testing.

 Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the performance testing

space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to

meet the requirements.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Tolerance to ambiguities
