Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer for a Contract-To-Hire position located in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The role demands a highly skilled professional with a maximum of 10 years of work experience. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications, working closely with our technology stack, and driving innovation within the IT services and consulting industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Java, with at least 5 years of experience in creating and managing scalable applications (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Boot, used for simplifying the development process for Java applications (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Microservices, allowing for an architectural style that structures an application as a collection of services (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in utilizing Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications (Required skill).
• Experience with MongoDB, a NoSQL database program, to handle, store, and process data efficiently (Required skill).
• Understanding and experience with AWS cloud services, enabling the deployment and scaling of applications (Required skill).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues and innovate tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating strong collaboration with technical and non-technical team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Java applications to meet business and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Conduct thorough testing of the applications, identifying and fixing bugs to increase efficiency and performance.
• Utilize and implement best coding practices to ensure quality and maintainable code.
• Participate actively in system architecture and technical roadmap decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies and frameworks, bringing innovation and advancements to the team.
• Mentor junior developers, providing insights and guidance for their career and skill development.
• Engage in regular consultation with stakeholders for requirement gathering and project scoping.
