Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed scoping workshops and develop high level project work plan;

• Working with relevant stakeholders to architect, design and develop complex

Dynamics 365 solutions;

• Create appropriate requirements and design documentation;

• Optimize business process design and the use of standard MS Dynamics 365

capabilities;

• Promote customer relationship management best practice;

• Implement and leverage the MS Dynamics platform using best; development and

implementation methodologies; and

• Work with team members to verify the implemented solution.
