Job Overview

Defenzelite is seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team at our Seoni location. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in interview scheduling, recruitment marketing, and maintaining effective employee relationships, while working collaboratively in a dynamic IT industry environment.

  • Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate interviews with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Strong skills in fostering positive working relationships among employees, handling concerns with discretion and effectiveness.
  • Recruitment Marketing (Mandatory skill): Ability to articulate and market job opportunities creatively to attract the right talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Experience in attracting, selecting, and retaining qualified talent that aligns with business goals and culture.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in mediating disputes and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry abilities for maintaining meticulous HR records and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration with team members and other departments to achieve HR and company objectives.
  • Onboarding: Ability to efficiently integrate new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and informed as they begin their roles.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute interview scheduling, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with employees, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to engage prospective candidates.
  • Assist in the acquisition of skilled personnel in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes to resolve workplace issues amicably and constructively.
  • Handle data entry tasks meticulously, maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records.
  • Promote team collaboration and support, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Manage new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration into the company’s culture and operations.
