Job Overview

We are seeking a fresher Billing Engineer to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time position that promises exposure to dynamic construction projects within the civil construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing and financial activities as part of project execution. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills in cost estimation and project management. Female candidates preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, ensuring adherence to project specifications and designs (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated skill in cost estimation to provide accurate financial forecasts for projects (Mandatory skill).
• Strong project management capabilities to oversee and coordinate project completion (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with SAP for effective enterprise resource planning and cost control management.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking, and managing complex projects.
• Understanding of quantity surveying to accurately measure project quantities and estimates.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and predict trends that affect project costs.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively liaise between various project stakeholders.
• Experience required: 0-2 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all billing-related documentation to ensure transparency and accountability in financial processes.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets and costs, making adjustments as necessary to align with financial targets.
• Conduct thorough cost estimations to support project bids and proposals, providing detailed analyses for decision making.
• Utilize software tools like Revit and SAP to streamline billing processes and improve accuracy in project reports.
• Perform quantity surveying duties to ensure precise calculations of materials and resources needed for projects.
• Generate and present comprehensive billing reports to management, facilitating informed financial planning and project development.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors, negotiating costs, and managing accounts to optimize project expenditures.
• Attend project meetings to ensure alignment with clients’ objectives and expectations regarding project billing and cost management.
