Skill-Dynatrace L2

- Practical experience of Monitoring Java Applications on Spring / Spring boot & OSSQL Server and

WebLogic.

-Understanding of Web Concepts.

- Experience monitoring tickets in issue management tools (preferable ITSM and / or Jira)

- Proven experience in application support, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to optimize queries and troubleshoot database issues.

-Familiarity with banking applications, financial systems, and related technologies.

- Proficiency in using monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in the banking sector.
