Job Description For Business Development Manager- B2B Sales
B2B Sales Manager- Job Opening with Deep Ayurveda We are hiring dynamic sales professionals for our Third Party manufacturing & PCD franchise sales operation and to handle the business development in the assigned region. The candidate should be from the Ayurveda Pharma industry / Institutional Sales.
Job Profile:
1. Responsible for generating & growing the business through third party manufacturing/ Private Labeling in the assigned state.
2. To generate sales revenue through dispensing ayurvedic practitioners of assigned region/state.
3. To appoint PCD Franchises in assigned regions/states.
4. Should be Strong negotiating & communication skills to handle the high volume/revenue deals.
5. To establish & maintain relationships with existing & new parties.
6. To make a strategy to increase business and to achieve sales targets as per business projection.
7. To handle the mfg. compliances and guidelines by following non disclosure agreement of business & data management.
Qualification:
The candidate should be a Graduate/Bsc /MBA/Bsc /Msc with good communication & interpersonal skills.
Computer knowledge must be with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales of ayurvedic pharma products, OTC, Ayurveda medicine.

Job Location: Mohali
Salary: Upto 35k per month + Variable monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly incentive.
