IT Recruiter

Budget: 7LPA

Experience: minimum 1 year in Domestic IT Hiring

Job location: Ahmedabad

Job timings: Day shift

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
  • Help business team write & post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Angel List, IIMJobs etc. 
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

·       Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle
  • Having experience in campus recruitments
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products


Job Requirements:

·       Graduates/ Post-Graduates with Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Technical Recruiter

·       Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes

·       Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video interview etc.)

·       Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred

·       Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

·       Ability to main accurate resume databases

·       Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

·       Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
