Job Role:

1. Initially to identify the potential of the market to develop, design, and implement sales strategies.

2.      Conducting sales promotional activities through hybrid coconut yielding awareness programme to the farmers, Sales Campagains, Farmers Meetings in coconut towns of the assigned area

1. To perform individualy and bring revenue as per sales and collection targets of the area allotted and target Key Acccount Farmers of 10 Acres & above.

4.      Monitering daily sales activities of sales team of the area

1. Achieve Budgeted Revenue targets allocated for the Regional Sales Office month on month by motivating the field sales team members.

6.      Developing skills of field/area sales executives( sales skills) to realise their fullest potential

1. Ensure After Sales follow up service, expedite customer complaints resolution process.
