Reporting to: Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Role Definition

This position in the organization is required to Support the Asst. Manager Digital Marketing for digital marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and to capture the prospective leads through online mediums and also to maintain all reports related to online leads from time to time.

Responsibility Deliverable

 TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER DIGITAL MARKETING:

1. Coordinating and executing on all promoting activities from time to time.

-         Newspaper advertisement

-         Blogs/video material in all social media

-         Exhibition

2.      Online feedback, reputation and survey to be monitored on a continuous basis

3.      Prepare the promotion plan for all quarter and after the completion of the quarter, the report needs to be submitted to the reporting HOD

4.      Maintenance of all Web enquiry /India mart /inbound calls reports.

5.      Monitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance

Tasks & Activities

1.      Follow-up and receive all web enquiry/ India mart/ inbound call reports from the concerned person and share the same to the HOD.

2.      Constantly monitor & analyse the social site and company website.

3.      List out the entire exhibition schedule that the company needs to participate in, to get maximum benefit with the least cost incurred.

4.      Pass all the online leads to the concerned people in the organization and keep a check that no lead in unattended to.

5.      Most effective promotional plan for the quarter to be provided to the HOD

6.      Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on an ongoing and 

continuously improving basis
