We are looking for a full-time on-site role as Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will manage and execute successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Other day-to-day tasks include developing advertising strategies, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals

• Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Create compelling ad copy and visual assets

• Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

• Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance

Skills Required

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in managing Facebook , LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices

• Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.

• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads platforms

• Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions

• Familiarity with campaign budget management
