Role Overview


Social Media Manager are responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and managing the brand’s social media presence across all platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent judgment, and strong communication skills to ensure that all community interactions align with the brand's tone, values, and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and review comments, posts, mentions, and other user-generated content across social platforms to maintain a positive and respectful community.
  • Respond to comments, queries, and messages in a timely and professional manner, following brand voice and moderation policies.
  • Identify and remove content of community standards, platform guidelines, or brand-specific rules
  • Stay updated on current trends, user sentiment, and competitor interactions to improve community engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless brand experience.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports summarizing audience feedback, recurring concerns, and engagement insights.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgment calls under pressure.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools and platform-specific community guidelines.
  • Comfortable spending extended periods monitoring and engaging with online content.
