Dechcept is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Lead to own and elevate our brand's online presence. In this role, you'll drive content strategy across channels, craft engaging campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tell powerful stories that connect with our audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the overall social media and content strategy aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and market priorities.

• Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

• Leverage AI tools to scale content ideation, copywriting, design, and personalization.

• Create and optimize high-quality written, visual, and video content to grow engagement and brand awareness.

• Partner with design, product, sales, and customer success to create content for campaigns, launches, events, and education.

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies - identify creators, negotiate collaborations, and measure impact.

• Lead PR and thought leadership strategy - including press releases, awards, interviews, and event content.

• Write and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, customer stories, and email marketing to drive SEO and lead generation.

• Monitor trends, platform changes, and competitor activity - and adjust strategy accordingly.

• Own social media analytics and performance dashboards. Share regular reports and insights.

• Actively engage with our online community and manage brand reputation across platforms.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2 + years of experience in social media and content strategy-ideally in B2B or tech environments.

• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, digital trends, storytelling techniques, and SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and partnership marketing.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline content creation.

• Comfortable working with CMS platforms like analyzing data via Google Analytics, and supporting paid media campaigns.

• A creative mind with sharp writing skills and a good eye for visuals.

• Bonus: Background in PR or media relations is a plus.
