Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Scheduling:
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Create engaging stories, posts, reels, Q&A sessions, and live events that resonate with the target audience.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Respond promptly and authentically to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Build and nurture a loyal, engaged community of followers.
  • Trend Spotting:
  • Monitor and leverage viral trends across platforms for timely content creation.
  • Test innovative content formats to maintain brand freshness and competitiveness.
  • Influencer Marketing & Collaborations:
  • Source and partner with influencers who match our brand values and aesthetic.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships and track performance metrics.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and pursue brand collaboration opportunities to enhance visibility.
  • Create and execute mutually beneficial marketing campaigns.
  • Moment Marketing:
  • Create and implement festival and event-based content calendars.
  • Align brand messaging with cultural and seasonal trends.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze social media metrics to uncover trends and insights.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-Platform Brand Engagement:
  • Connect with aligned brands and communities to boost awareness.
  • Foster meaningful relationships to expand brand reach.
  • Reputation Management:
  • Track brand mentions and sentiment across social platforms.
  • Handle negative feedback professionally and manage potential crises proactively.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a D2C or fashion-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and building collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing and festival content strategies.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics to align content with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Experience with community engagement and building brand loyalty.
