Roles and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, product packaging, and websites.

• Develop taglines, slogans, and product descriptions that align with the brands tone and target audience.

Website Content & Ad Copywriting

• Create and manage engaging product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content for the company website.

• Write creative ad copy and develop scripts for social media and video advertisements to drive engagement and conversions.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.

• Provide creative input on influencer campaigns, product releases, and ad strategies.

• Contribute innovative ideas and storytelling approaches to help Alpino stand out in the crowded FMCG space.

Editing & Proofreading

• Review and edit all content to ensure it aligns with brand voice and is free from grammatical errors.

• Maintain consistency across all platforms by ensuring tone, style, and messaging are cohesive.

Team Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with the design, product, and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.

• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the Ad agency industry.

• Proven ability to write creative, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for various platforms.

• Strong understanding of writing for different audiences and platforms (social media, websites, ads, email).

• Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Experience with SEO principles and writing for performance is a plus.

• A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
