Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all Client account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings, take briefs, and communicate with various teams; be a part of the strategy pitch.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Meet clients regularly to ensure the monthly plan of action and deliverables are met.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Handle basic social media responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Create lead presentations for prospective projects.
• Maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Skills
• Outstanding customer service, project management, and report writing skills to help the company continue to drive exceptional results
• Have good command over language & should be able to steer a conversation
• Someone who is immensely confident when it comes to speaking on calls & presentations
