Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction:
  • Answering client inquiries and resolving issues. 
  • Providing information about products, services, or policies. 
  • Handling complaints and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Account Management:
  • Maintaining accurate client records and data. 
  • Processing transactions and ensuring proper documentation. 
  • Assisting with account opening and maintenance. 
  • Communication:
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, both internally and externally. 
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues. 
  • Other Duties:
  • Scheduling and preparing for client meetings. 
  • Managing projects related to client service. 
  • May involve tasks like preparing reports or presentations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Customer Service Skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult situations. 
  • Organizational Skills: Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and systems. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Depending on the industry (Ad and marketing Agencies)
