Designation: PRODUCTION INCHARGE

Experience: 5 to 10years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Monitoring Entire Production department

- Analysis, Planning, strategy, implementation, decision making

Proven ability to handle entire Shift of Production independently

Troubleshooting during Production issues

- Establishing and directing the Production activities

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve Production targets

Training and motivation of Supervisors and subordinates

supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel

Ensure output meets quality standard and rejection control

Enforce safety and health precautions

- Build and maintain strong long lasting team relationships with Production Team

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Skills: Passionate, Motivated, ambitious for their team and the organization they work for.
