Job Responsibilities :

 Meeting potential donors to raise funds

 Explain to the donors about Swades Foundation and its projects to raise funds.

 Resolving donors queries through

 Identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships

 Establish positive professional relationship with donors

 Working on permissions at Mall and Cooperates (PAN India) Other skills required

 Oral and written communication skills (Hindi & English)

 Teamwork and collaboration

 Professionalism and strong work ethic  Critical thinking and problem solving

 Leadership skills.

Educational Qualification : H.S.C.passed and above

Relevant Experience (No of years): 0-3 years of proven experience in face to face Fundraising.

Travel Required : 100% travel required for this position.
