Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office at Ghatkopar, Mumbai & 3 days remote)

Salary: ₹2,52,000 - ₹2,76,000 per year (negotiable based upon work experience)

What You’ll Do:

📚 Build & Manage Our Knowledgebase:

  • Keep track of customer queries across emails, WhatsApp, calls & Freshdesk.
  • Create a structured, easy-to-use knowledge base with clear FAQs and responses.
  • Continuously update and refine information to improve agent efficiency.
  • Make the knowledge base AI-ready for future chatbot automation!


✅ Ensure Quality & Train Agents:

  • Review agent responses to ensure they’re accurate, professional, and on-brand.
  • Spot areas where agents need improvement and provide targeted training.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure every customer gets top-notch support.

📊 Analyze & Improve Customer Support:

  • Track trends in customer queries to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
  • Share weekly & monthly reports on agent performance and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the AI tools to boost automation and efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or knowledge management.

✔ Familiarity with eCommerce tools (Shopify, WhatsApp API, Freshdesk).

✔ Strong analytical & documentation skills – you know how to structure information effectively.

✔ Passion for quality audits, training, and process optimization.

✔ Excited about using AI & automation to improve customer support!
