We are seeking an experienced Privacy Requirements Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in privacy and data protection, with a strong focus on translating complex privacy regulations into practical requirements for products and services. This role will be crucial in ensuring our organization's compliance with global privacy laws and regulations, particularly GDPR.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain privacy requirements for products, services, and business processes
2.Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy requirements into product development lifecycles
4.Provide expert advice on privacy regulations, particularly GDPR, to stakeholders across the organization
5.Review and assess third-party vendors for privacy compliance
6.Develop and implement privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default strategies
7.Create and maintain privacy-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines
8.Assist in privacy training programs for employees
9.Monitor and analyze emerging privacy laws and regulations
10.Support privacy incident response and breach notification processes
11.Contribute to privacy governance and risk management initiatives
Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in law, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
2. 4-8 years of experience in privacy or data protection roles
3.BIG4 Experience & CIPP/E certification
4.In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy laws and regulations
5.Experience in conducting PIAs and DPIAs
6.Strong understanding of privacy-by-design principles
7.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
9.Ability to explain complex privacy concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Additional privacy certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPT)
2.Experience in a similar industry or with similar products/services
3.Knowledge of information security principles and practices
4.Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies
5.Experience with privacy management software
6.Understanding of cloud computing and associated privacy implications
