Qualifications and Skills

- Calendar management skills to schedule appointments, meetings, and events with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong familiarity with communication tools such as Slack for maintaining effective internal communication.
- Ability to conduct meetings and virtual conferences using Zoom with a good level of technical proficiency.
- Basic bookkeeping skills to assist with financial record-keeping and budget tracking under supervision.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to aid in maintaining client data and relationships.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks, ensuring information integrity and security, is crucial.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in managing communication and scheduling using digital platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.
- Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders with professionalism and provide accurate information promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, and coordinate the ordering process to prevent shortages.
- Assist with organizing meetings and company events by arranging logistics and managing invitations.
- Support bookkeeping and financial record management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring information is accurately inputted and updated regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and support various departmental needs.
