Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Design and hardware development of AC/DC, DC/AC and DC-DC converter.

2. Also look for control aspect of above power converter.

3. Hardware testing and debugging.

4. To Maintain detailed reports for the design.

5. To work in team to deliver the product as per requirement.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. B.tech/M.Tech/Phd in Power electronics from reputed institution.

2. 8-15+ year of Experience in Hardware design and testing.

Skills Required:

1. Good hands-on experience in Circuit simulation using – PSIM/LT Spice/P Spice or MATLAB Simulink.

2. Knowledge of PI, PID Controller design using SISO Tool or Smart Control.

3. Capable in developing the analytical model of converter.

4. Understanding of SiC MOSFETS, Diodes and SiC Gate drivers and their protection requirements.

5. Understanding of inductor design.

6. Knowledge of EMI/EMC.

Salary: 15 - 20 CTC lacs.
