Job Title: TeleSales Executive - Edutech Product (Colleges/Institutes)

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented TeleSales Executive to join our team and promote our Edutech product to colleges in India. As a TeleSales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our product to college administrators and decision-makers. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to colleges in India to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote our Edutech product.
  2. Understand the needs and requirements of college administrators and decision-makers and effectively communicate how our product can address their challenges.
  3. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our Edutech product to prospective clients, highlighting its value proposition and competitive advantages.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, college administrators, and other stakeholders in the education industry.
  5. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics by closing deals and converting prospects into customers.
  6. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals promptly and professionally, ensuring timely and accurate recording of sales activities in the CRM system.
  7. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics related to the education sector.
  8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and market penetration plans.
  9. Provide feedback and insights from the market to the product development team to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in the education or Edutech industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
  4. Ability to understand customer needs and effectively position and sell a complex product to college administrators and decision-makers.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
  8. Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
