We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with queries, provide information, and guide them through the product/service offerings.
• Record and maintain accurate details of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Achieve set targets and KPIs, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Identify and escalate potential sales opportunities or customer issues to the relevant department.
• Follow up with leads, customers, or prospects to ensure timely communication.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, scripts, and customer engagement strategies.
