Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager AMI to join our dynamic team at Cygnus Technologies Private Limited. This full-time position is based in Doha, Riyadh, or Lebanon and involves leading projects pertaining to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project management and risk management, with a strong background in AMI implementation and smart metering.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on Advanced Metering Infrastructure or similar technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of AMI systems and smart metering solutions.
• Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP, demonstrating advanced understanding of PM principles.
• Strong expertise in risk management to identify and mitigate potential project challenges effectively.
• Successful track record of leading AMI implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project progress and implement necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AMI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Perform risk management analyses to minimize project risks while maximizing success.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on project status updates, potential risks, and resource needs.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using suitable verification techniques.
