As a Travel Communications Specialist at CustomHolidays, you will be responsible for transforming travel information from various online and offline sources into engaging and marketable content pieces. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and visuals will be essential in promoting our brand, attracting new audiences, and retaining our existing customers. Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Content Creation: Research, curate, and develop informative and inspiring content pieces that showcase travel destinations, experiences, tips, and trends. This content may include articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, emailers, whatsapp marketing.</li><li>Multi-Platform Utilization: Utilize various online and offline platforms, including travel websites, social media, magazines, and other resources, to gather travel information, trends, and data to create compelling content.</li><li>Audience Engagement: Craft content that resonates with our target audience and sparks their interest in travel and make them our prospective leads/clients</li><li>Visual Storytelling: Create visually appealing and captivating content that complements your narratives. Knowledge of AI based websites / apps for content creation will be a preference. </li><li>Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance our travel communication strategies.</li><li>Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is error-free, well-structured, and consistent with the company's tone and brand guidelines.</li></ol> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in content creation, particularly in the travel or lifestyle sector.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.</li><li>Proficiency in using various online and offline sources to gather travel information.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools.</li></ul>
