Job Title: Pre-Contract MEP Lead  

Location: Head Office, Dwarka

Experience Required:  

* Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Pre-Contract Works, specifically in Indian Projects  

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare MEP budgets during the concept, schematic design, and GFC stages, ensuring alignment with DBR and design drawings.  

* Quantify and validate quantities at the GFC stage.  

* Review and prepare detailed BOQs for MEP services.  

* Lead and manage the MEP cost planning and estimation team.  

* Oversee the entire tendering process, including documentation, and technical and commercial evaluations.  

* Develop accurate MEP cost estimates across all design stages in collaboration with consultants and clients.  

* Analyze MEP designs for cost efficiency and buildability, proposing value engineering solutions without compromising on functionality or quality.  

* Contribute to contractor prequalification, tender analysis, and award recommendation.  

* Identify MEP-specific cost risks and ensure proper contingency measures are in place.  

Preferred Experience:  

* Prior experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
