  • Translates business requirements into technical details relevant to program objectives
  • Lead and work with developers and offshore teams including Administrators, Developers and QA to ensure a quality delivery to time, scope and provide status updates to clients and team members on a regular basis
  • Should have good understanding of AEM Architecture and its components.
  • Creation, configuration and integration of templates, components, dialogs, widgets, workflows, and other artifacts. 
  • Should have hands-on on following web technologies - Core Java, Servlets, JSP
  • Should have good knowledge of  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSOSN and XML.
  • Should have knowledge of developing custom component, templates & widgets.
  • Should have knowledge of developing templates using new Sightly template language.
  • Should have experience in creating Touch UI components.
  • Should have knowledge of OSGI framework and knowledge of creating and consuming OSGI bundles
  • Should have knowledge of CRX/Apache Jackrabbit content repository
  • Should have knowledge of creating and using custom workflows
  • Should have knowledge Adobe AEM DAM
  • Should have basic knowledge of Sling framework like selector and extension methods
  • Experience in Agile Scrum environment.
  • Should have knowledge in using Java Based IDE e.g., Eclipse, AEM Developer Tools for Eclipse.
  • Help developers in implementation and understanding design aspects and employ best practices , strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse and provide defect fixes and support during warranty period.
  • Review of the code developed by Developers.
  • Unit Testing of the code.
