We are looking for a talented Android Developer (Kotlin) to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. This is a Junior level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a Full-Time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Android app development using Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency
