This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive at Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for business relationship management, client relations, communication, relationship building, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

-Your primary task will be to educate pregnant women about stem cell preservation – explaining the importance and potential future benefits of preserving their child’s stem cells.

-You will act as a counselor, providing information, answering questions, and assisting clients in understanding the process of stem cell preservation.

-You will be working closely with doctors and hospital staff to build relationships and ensure smooth communication between our company and the clients.

-Your goal is to convince expectant mothers to opt for our stem cell preservation services
