Full stack Developer – Python with Angular 

Job Summary:  

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with expertise in Python Full Stack Development and Angular to lead and contribute hands-on to multiple projects across different domains. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience, possess strong coding skills and ensuring smooth project execution and successful agile sprint deliveries. Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments or high-growth companies is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Hands-On Development: 

• Actively contribute to coding, review pull requests and ensure adherence to best practices in Python (Django/Flask) and Angular. 
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, write efficient and scalable code, and provide innovative solutions. 
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization. 
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices. 
• Third-Party Integration Experience: 
• Experience integrating payment gateways like Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal. 
• Proficiency in OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO for authentication and authorization. 
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, Cognito), Azure, or Firebase for cloud-based integrations. 
• Experience with messaging and notifications via Twilio, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), or WebSockets. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and API-based integrations. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. 
• Drive continuous improvements in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 

Accountability & Delivery: 

• Take full ownership of your task execution, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met. 
• Identify project risks relevant to your tasks proactively and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and knowledge sharing across teams. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python (Flask/Django) and Angular. 
• Significant hands-on experience in Python (Django/Flask) and Angular, with at least 2 years of strong development work in both. 
• Proven ability to write and optimize code ensuring high performance and scalability. 
• Experience in working multiple projects across different domains with Agile methodologies. 
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and SQL Server / PLSQL database management. 
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular). 
• Strong knowledge of Angular best practices, state management (NgRx), and component-based architecture. 
• Proficiency in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools. 
• Experience working in fast-paced IT environments with cross-functional teams. 
• Domain experience in healthcare product development is a plus. 
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
