Job Overview
Crox Consulting Inc is seeking a Junior US IT Recruiter for our Noida location. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will assist in staffing processes for our diverse clientele using the latest recruitment technologies and strategies. The role demands proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Boolean search techniques, critical for efficient candidate sourcing and selection.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience, between 1 to 3 years, in IT recruitment, specializing in the US market operations.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Mandatory skill) to manage recruitment life cycles and streamline candidate hiring processes.
- Expertise in Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill) capable of efficiently filtering candidates for specific skill sets.
- Solid experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for effective sourcing and networking with potential candidates.
- Familiarity with CRM Software for managing candidate relationships and tracking recruitment processes.
- Understanding of advanced Interviewing Techniques to evaluate and select candidates effectively.
- Ability to implement Diversity Recruitment Strategies, ensuring a varied and inclusive candidate pool.
- Experience in leveraging Data-Driven Recruitment approaches to enhance hiring decisions and strategies.
- Skills in Market Mapping to analyze competitor talent and trends for proactive recruitment planning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct full recruitment life cycle activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for IT positions within the US.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate progress and maintain organized recruitment records.
