Job Overview
Join our dynamic team at Crox Consulting Inc as a US Bookkeeping Accountant based in our Noida office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks and supporting our clients in maintaining accurate financial records. Leverage your skills in QuickBooks, Excel, Xero, SAP, and other accounting functions to ensure effective financial management and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient use of QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and reports (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting tasks.
- Understanding of accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payables management.
- Experience in accounts receivable to manage incoming payments and maintain cash flow.
- Proficiency in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments for clients.
- Skilled in bank reconciliation to ensure financial statements are correct and cash accounts are accurate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular bookkeeping tasks including recording daily financial transactions and updating ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient cash management for clients.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages and handling deductions.
- Execute bank reconciliations to compare internal records with bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for financial objectives.
