Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our office in Noida. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for technical positions, leveraging their skills in sourcing and relationship management to attract top talent for our diverse clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Naukri to efficiently identify and engage with potential candidates using advanced search techniques and outreach strategies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential for maintaining and organizing candidate data throughout the recruitment process.
• Ability to manage Candidate Relationship Management processes to ensure seamless communication and candidate experience.
• Familiarity with Diversity Sourcing Tools to broaden the talent pool and encourage an inclusive recruitment approach.
• Strong competency in using Market Research Tools to understand industry trends and optimize recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Experience with Interview Scheduling Software to streamline the interview process and ensure timely coordination with all parties involved.
• Expertise in Boolean Search (Mandatory skill) to effectively combine keywords to yield refined search results for candidate sourcing.
• Must have used Naukri recruiter for efficient sourcing and candidate engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top technical talent through innovative sourcing techniques and networking initiatives.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles needed to fulfill the organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Conduct candidate assessments and present qualified prospects to hiring teams for further consideration.
• Utilize market research and data analysis to inform and enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Engage with candidates to build relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience from start to finish.
• Maintain expertise in the latest recruitment best practices and tools to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
