Job Overview
Crox Consulting Inc is seeking a Senior Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in Noida. This full-time role requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in managing recruitment accounts and delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our client relationships and driving recruitment processes forward.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management in a recruitment or staffing environment, with proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the organization (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM software, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Salesforce, to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Solid data analysis skills to interpret recruitment data and trends, providing actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, create reports, and track recruitment metrics with precision.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and foster strong internal and client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively to resolve client and recruitment challenges.
- Experience in the recruiting industry, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes, industry standards, and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for recruitment account management.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable conditions that align with company objectives and client needs.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client interactions and ensure seamless communications and service delivery.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, prepare strategic reports, and provide insight to optimize recruitment processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, ensuring data accuracy and availability for decision-making.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceed expectations, delivering high-quality results.
- Resolve client and recruitment-related issues with effective problem-solving strategies, maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
- Advise on recruitment strategies, utilizing industry insights and analytics to support clients in achieving their recruitment goals.
