Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MBA Marketing professional to join our team at Croxaint Digital Pvt. Ltd. As an MBA Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This is a full-time position based in Hisar, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA degree in Marketing or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
• Proficient in market research and data analysis
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
• Proactive attitude and ability to multitask
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand visibility
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Plan and coordinate promotional events and exhibitions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and influencers
