They are seeking a leader having prior experience building a Software Enterprise Product on Banking or Financial sector.

Job Description :

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferably Computer Science.

- Master's degree in engineering/Management preferred.

- 18-25 years of total experience.

- 10-12 years (min) in leadership roles in enterprise level applications development

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications, BFS applications(preferred).

- Experience in selecting components and configuring for enterprise platforms for building Applications

- Expertise in architecting and developing in Java /J2EE, Angular, Oracle Database, Mongo DB etc.

- Skilled in establishing and improving Software Engineering processes.

- Experience in building High Performance Teams

- Experience in SSDLC, Go live execution and security best practices.

Proven expertise in the following process areas :

- Expertise in Waterfall/ Agile methodologies

- Expertise in Software Architecture- Microservice, Monolith, Multi tier and API Based Integrations, Relational, no SQL databases and Big Data.

- Skilled in Platform selection/ Configuration /Development

- Skilled in Project Planning using Microsoft project (MPP) and Risk Management

- Exposure to CMMi, ITIL and Agile standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
