We are looking for Manager/Project Lead - Software Engineering, for one of our client, who is the leading IT Product development firm.

In this role, you will be tasked to manage the Software Engineering and will be leading the development of mission critical banking applications.

Experience/Qualifications

• Overall, 10+ years of experience in IT industry with minimum 3 years of technical project management using (Java/J2EE) technologies.

• 4-5 years of experience with designing, building, and operating distributed systems. Microservices is plus.

• 3 years of Engineering-Management experience, effectively recruited, mentored, and retained great people with a proven track record

• Experience of setting up and working on a Greenfield project.

• Experience running and managing ELK or other centralized logging systems.

• A software development background would be highly beneficial due to the technical nature of the deliverables

• Extensive stakeholder management experience up to senior level, alongside the management of external vendor relationships

Certifications
