Job Title: Interns - Software Sales & Support

Job Location: Jaipur (Work from office only)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Interns:

• Assist in lead generation and follow-ups.
• Support sales campaigns and client pitches.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

Support Interns:

• Provide first-level customer support and resolve queries.
• Assist in onboarding clients to the platform.
• Document and track client feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• MBA students (preferably with Marketing or Sales specialization with interest in IT industry).
• Computer Science students with a strong interest in CRM tools and customer support.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
