JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Intern at Cristle Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the company's growth. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to acquire new students and build strong relationships with potential customers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and cold calling.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential students.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the benefits of our online courses to potential students.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the sales process.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in at least 2-3 Languages
- Basic understanding of the Ed-tech industry
TRAINING:
Successful candidates will undergo a 10-day training period to familiarize themselves with our products, sales processes, and company culture, after which their 3-month internship will be initialized. During this period, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced sales team.
SALARY ALLOCATION:
- Stipend: INR 20,000 per month during the training period
- Salary: varies from 3LPA to 6LPA after the training period
- Incentives:
- Target revenue: This is the amount of revenue that must be achieved before any incentive is paid.
- Achieved revenue: This is the total amount of revenue that was achieved.
- Incentive rate: This is the percentage of revenue that will be paid as an incentive.
For example, if the target revenue is 200,000 INR, the actual revenue is 250,000 INR, and the incentive rate is 10%, then the incentive would be calculated as follows:
Incentive = (250,000 INR - 200,000 INR) * 10%
= 50,000 INR * 10%
= 5,000 INR
Therefore, the incentive would be 5,000 INR.
