Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience

Location: Hyderabad

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience programming with Java

• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot

• Competence in SQL Server

• Proficient English verbal and written communication skills

• Assigns tasks, prioritizes work, and drives large modules to completion

• Makes architecture decisions and adjusts team focus

• Mentors small team of junior developers

• Demonstrates a history of success leading small teams

• Communicates with other leads

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience as a Lead Java Developer or similar role

• Experience leading the designing, building and testing of Java EE applications

• Competence with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

• Competent in one of the following cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Competence designing REST APIs

• Competence with data caching

• Competence with event driven architectures

• Experience leading with Agile Scrum methodology

• Experience leading with CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
