Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
· Receive applications and conduct preliminary screening for West 1298 project.
· Recruit blue collar & white-collar candidates as per the requirement. Eg. Doctors, Nurses, Drivers, support staff etc.
· To source applications from different portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other relevant sources.
· To conduct field recruitment as and when required.
· To ensure the shortlisted candidate is closed within the approved budget and get necessary approvals on the same from the relevant stakeholders.
· Initiate the process of background check & reference checks for all shortlisted candidates.
· Issue offer letter/Appointment letter to the shortlisted candidates.
· Send the candidate for medical test (if applicable, for example Pilot should be send for eye/ Vision checkup)
· Receive acceptance & confirm joining date of the candidate.
· Follow-up the shortlisted Candidates till they join the Company
· Schedule orientation of the new hire and other onboarding activities.
· Capture details in recruitment database.
New Hire Orientation
· Develop and schedule new hires customized orientation plan, based on grade and functional areas
· Ensure a proper induction is conducted on the 1st day of the new joiner.
· Identify the necessary support to be provided as per policy in coordination with administration (Transport, Transit Accommodation, Access ID, Desktop Laptop, Cubical, mobile connection etc as per Policy)
· Ensure pre-joining formalities are completed
· Intimate the reporting officer a week prior to joining about the joining date
· Email/ issue circular to all concerned departments (including reporting officer, Admin officer, Payroll etc) regarding joining of the new hires
· Collect & ensure all the necessary joining documents are filled by the new joiner.
· Issue appointment letter along with detailed Job Description & ensure all joining formalities are completed
· Circulate an email across department about the new hires
· Update and maintain employees data checklist
· Introduce to department employees and key people in the organization
Manage Payroll
· Receive attendance for field staff and check for absentees
· Verify the attendance with Cluster Leader
· Monitor the entire attendance tracking process
· In case of abnormities inform Cluster Leader
· Generate report of time who do not report on time and provide the same to Cluster Leaders and Regional HR Head
· Update the status of leave in the employee leave record
· Develop consolidated attendance report
· Ensure all leaves are approved by HOD, in case discrepancy inform the employee
· Calculate the leaves balance and communicate the balance to employees at end of every month
· Generate attendance input sheet for payroll and get approval from Regional Head HR
· Generate consolidated leave sheet for payroll get approval from regional Head HR
· Forward the data/ reports to corporate HR office
Manage Statutory Compliance
· Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
· Maintain records & regularly Update the Head HR.
· Highlight issues if any & take corrective action as per HOD guidance.
· Document regulatory amendments and cases/ lessons learnt
