Qualification – MBA Finance / MCOM
Experience – 4-5yrs
· Work on accounting of newly acquired entities
· Prepare and analyze financial statements and manage compliance reporting
· Ensure that reconciliations, the close process, and monthly close reports are completed fully, on time and of the highest standard
· Manage the delivery of the accounting processes, ensuring that all service levels are met, the internal control environment is robust and a quality service is provided
· Develop in-depth knowledge of tools and applications in support of the accounting function and highlight opportunities for improvement and lead projects that will yield efficiency through automation, standardization.
· Represent Accounting and Controls with our key business partners through effective communication with Payroll, Financial Planning.
· Perform quality check (audit) on balance sheet reconciliation
· Ensure correct payroll accounting and compliance
· Prepare the statutory adjustments and annual report
· Prepare the statutory supporting- & movement schedules (specifications)
· Support interim and statutory audit
· Prepare the documentation of internal controls
· Prepare tax calculations
· Perform checks on VAT returns and compliance
· Computer skills (Microsoft Windows – Excel
· Knowledge and experience with IT auditing
· Accounting of GST
· Accounting of payroll professional tax and ESIC
· Income tax calculation
· Deduction of professional tax and ESIC
· Disbursement of salaries along with pay slips
· Remitting the TDS and GST payments along with the returns
· Filing of Form 16
· Filing of the company Income tax and arranging to get the financials also with the calculations in Excel.
· Income tax calculations
· Form 16’s & Form 16 of all the employees who do not come under the tax bracket
· Form 16A
· Professional tax remittance
· ESIC remittance
· Registering ESIC
· Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Returns Filling
· Hands on experience (GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC)
Labour Compliance includes:-
Form A: Employee Register (Muster Roll)
Form B: Wage Rate (Salary slip for each worker)
Form C: Loan Recoveries, if any
Form D: Attendance Register
Form E: Leave Related Register (Leave with wages and leave without wages)
Other Registers to be maintained -
Register for leave with wages
Register showing the time-table of work or schedule of work (weekly or monthly or daily as the case maybe)
Register for overtime wages, if any
Register for night shift, if any
Register of Child Workers, if any (if you do not have any child labourers, post a notice saying you do not employ child labourers)
Display a gist of all labour laws
