Position: HR Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional with 1-2 years of experience in human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, leave management, and HR documentation. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Source, screen, and onboard top talent to build a strong workforce.
Recruitment Process – Handle end-to-end hiring, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
Employee Relations – Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
Leave & Attendance Management – Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Payroll & Compliance – Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and deductions.
HR Documentation & Policy Implementation – Maintain HR records, draft policies, and manage employee records.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employee queries, resolve issues, and maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of HR software or tools will be an added advantage.
