Blue Yonder Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced JDA / Blue Yonder Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting JDA / Blue Yonder solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management systems, a deep understanding of JDA/Blue Yonder modules, and hands-on expertise in integration, customization, and optimization of JDA solutions. ·       Proficiency in Java, SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).·       Experience with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy·       Exposure to Cloud Platforms like Azure·       Familiarity with ETL processes·       Retail supply chain background is preferred, but not mandatory·       Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.·       Proactive problem-solving ability and innovative thinking.·       Experience in an international environment is preferred.·       Ability to manage and meet deadlines effectively. 

Key Responsibilities: 1.     Development & Customization:o  Design, develop, and configure JDA/Blue Yonder modules to meet client requirements.o  Implement enhancements, custom workflows, and extensions using JDA toolset.o  Customize JDA planning and execution modules, like Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization. 2.     Implementation & Integration:o  Work with cross-functional teams to implement JDA solutions.o  Integrate JDA with third-party applicationso  Support data integration using EDI, API, or other middleware solutions. 3.     Support & Maintenance:o  Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.o  Monitor performance and ensure high availability of JDA applications.o  Apply patches and upgrades to maintain system stability and security. 4.     Stakeholder Collaboration:o  Work closely with business analysts, QA team, and end-users to gather requirements.o  Provide technical expertise and recommendations as part of sprint and rollout.o  Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to deliver projects on time. 5.     Documentation & Best Practices:o  Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test scripts.o  Follow industry best practices and ensure adherence to company coding standards.  Desired Skills & Qualifications:·       5+ years of hands-on experience with JDA / Blue Yonder solutions.·       Strong expertise in working as a developer on one of the JDA modules such as: o  Demand Planningo  Fulfillmento  SCPO (Supply Chain Planning & Optimization)o  Warehouse Management (WMS)o  TMS (Transportation Management System)·       Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
