Qualifications and Skills

• Scaffolder Jobs in Dubai (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise and previous experience in executing scaffolding tasks specific to projects within Dubai environments.
• Scaffolder Jobs (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to perform general scaffolding duties, including erection, adjustment, and dismantling as per industry standards.
• Scaffolder jobs in Saudi Arabia (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience working as a scaffolder on projects within Saudi Arabia or similar Gulf countries, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Scaffolding Erection: Adept at assembling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, ensuring all frameworks meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Manual Handling: Well-versed in safe manual handling practices, including lifting, carrying, and positioning scaffolding materials on site.
• Competence in interpreting blueprints and site layouts to plan and execute scaffolding installations with precision and alignment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with site supervisors, team members, and clients for smooth scaffolding operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolds and support structures following engineering blueprints and safety requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and components before and after use to ensure their integrity and safety at all times.
• Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to determine scaffolding needs and resolve technical challenges on site.
• Perform regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards associated with scaffolding work, reporting any incidents immediately.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and company guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the welfare of workers on site.
• Train and assist junior team members in scaffolding techniques and safety procedures as needed by project requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery, organization, and movement of scaffolding materials between various work sites efficiently.
• Maintain accurate work records and documentation relating to scaffolding erection and dismantling activities in compliance with company policy.
