Covenant Consultants is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and we’re looking for fresh HR minds who are ready to make an impact! 💼

🎓 Who Can Apply?

✅ 2024 or 2025 passed outs.

✅ MBA / MSW / MA HRM (HR specialization)

✅ OR candidates with 4 to 6 months of internship/work experience in recruitment (staffing firm background preferred)

🗣️ Must have: Good verbal communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

-Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.

-Source candidates using job portals (Naukri )

-Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

-Maintain and update candidate databases.

-Assist in onboarding new hires and completing joining formalities.

-Support HR team in other recruitment and administrative activities as needed.
