Job Overview
Covenant Consultants is seeking a mid-level Programmatic Specialist to join our team. The position is full-time and hybrid, with opportunities to work in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of work experience in the programmatic advertising field, demonstrating expertise and excellence in their role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising with a minimum of four years in a similar role, showcasing competency and knowledge in the field.
- Proficiency in dv360 (Mandatory skill) to manage and optimize advertising campaigns effectively.
- Strong ability in campaign optimization to enhance advertising performance and achieve KPIs efficiently.
- Extensive experience with ad tech platforms to leverage the full potential of programmatic advertising technology.
- Expertise in audience targeting to reach and engage the desired demographic accurately and effectively.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics to analyze and report on campaign success, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in display and video 360 platforms, enhancing campaign reach and engagement through varied formats.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and improve campaign strategies continually.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to drive desired business outcomes and optimize return on investment.
- Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns using dv360, ensuring alignment with client goals and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements and adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate programmatic strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies current and competitive.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance and future opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmatic campaigns, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in programmatic advertising.
